Author

Fiorella Rotili Pasquini Born in Rome in 1943, she attended the High School “Virgil” where she met the professor Emilio Pasquini whom she married in 1963. She graduated in Pedagogy at the University of Bologna in 1976, and taught at the elementary school for thirty years. At school, on her husband’s advice, she included in the teaching the great literary books, from Pinocchio to Dante’s Comedy. She is the first and last student of Professor Emilio Pasquini.

Artist

Alessandro Sanna Born in Nogara on October 10, 1975. Painter and illustrator, he lives and works in Mantua. He runs drawing and painting workshops in schools, libraries and at cultural events in Italy and abroad. He has collaborated with dozens of writers and publishers and his illustrated books have been translated and published in Germany, Spain, Japan, the United States and other countries. Winner of three Andersen Prizes.
